In requesting an account on PegaWorld the applicant (hereinafter the user) agrees and understands that his/her account is a single line access account and cannot be transferred or shared. SIMULTANEOUS MULTIPLE LOGINS WILL BE CHARGED AS INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS. It is further agreed, that the user will not misuse our service, or use the account for any illegal purpose, (including but not limited to Spam, bulk email, system attacks, etc); that PEGASUS SOFTWARE & IMAGING (hereinafter the provider) shall have the right to immediately restrict access if the user is found in violation of these standards. The provider reserves the right to discontinue service for any reason.

The provider makes no warranties, of any kind, expressed or implied, and the user agrees to hold the provider harmless of any and all damages the user may suffer. This includes, but is not limited to the loss of data resulting from delays, misdeliveries, nondeliveries or service interruptions even if caused by the negligence of the provider. The provider assumes no responsibility for anything, and the user agrees that he/she is using the service at his/her own risk. The provider specifically denies responsibility for the accuracy, quality or content of any files, messages, information or data that pass through it's system.

The user understands and agrees that he/she is purchasing a service (Internet Access), and the user agrees to use only the phone number(s) provided to them by the provider.

The user agrees that all payments for services are made in advance, and accounts paid monthly are due and payable on the first of the month. If the user's account is opened on a day other than the first, he/she will pay the remaining amount for that month, then commence full monthly payments on the first of the following month. The user hereby authorizes the provided to bill his/her credit card each month for the service. The user requires that the account is to remain active, unless the provider is notified in writing (by US Postal Mail - E-Mail not acceptable) by the user to cancel the account. The provider agrees that he will NOT close the account without such written notification, unless a violation of any provision of this agreement occurs. If an account is canceled, there is no refund for the current month or any monies previously paid. Allow seven days for processing of cancellation notice. Any account not paid by the first of the month will be subject to a late charge of not less than seven dollars and fifty cents per month. The user understands that if an account is closed for non- payment, canceled, or terminated for any reason, any payments due, including the current month, past due amounts and late charges, if unpaid, must be paid. If the provider deems it necessary to obtain legal services to collect unpaid monies, the provider shall have the right to recover, in addition to amounts owed, any and all attorney and/or collection fees. Collection fees may be up to 50% of the total balance due from the user, and returned checks or chargebacks will incur a minimum fee of $25.00.

The user certifies he/she is at least 18 years of age, and legally able to enter into this agreement (if not have parent agree)
